These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LOOP Creative Agency website and all services provided by LOOP Creative Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or hiring us for creative services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

 

LOOP Creative Agency offers services including (but not limited to):

  • Content creation (photo, video, drone)

  • Branding

  • Website setup

  • Social media management

  • Strategy consulting

  • Product and lifestyle photography

  • Event coverage

A detailed description of your specific service(s) will be outlined in your proposal, contract, or invoice.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • All project pricing will be provided before work begins.

  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in delays, withheld deliverables, or additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse new work until outstanding invoices are paid.

 

3. Deposits & Booking

 

Some services may require a deposit to reserve a date or begin work.
Deposits:

  • Secure your project or shoot date

  • Are non-refundable

  • Go toward your final project total

If you cancel or reschedule without the required notice, the deposit will not be returned.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Clients may cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly.
Unless otherwise stated in your individual project agreement:

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in additional charges.

  • Missed or no-show sessions may be charged in full.

  • Severe weather or emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Turnaround Time

 

Estimated delivery times will be included in your project agreement.
Turnaround may vary depending on:

  • Workload

  • Project complexity

  • Client feedback or revisions

  • Delays caused by missing materials or late communication

Rush delivery (if needed) may require an added fee.

 

6. Revisions

 

Unless stated otherwise in your contract:

  • Projects include a set number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds).

  • Additional revisions outside what is agreed upon may incur extra charges.

  • Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

 

7. Content Ownership & Usage

Client Rights

Once full payment is made, you may use the final delivered content for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Website use

  • Branding materials

 

LOOP Creative Agency Rights

 

We retain the right to:

  • Display work we create for portfolio, website, promotions, or social media

  • Maintain ownership of RAW files, unedited footage, or unused photos (these are not delivered unless specifically contracted)

All creative concepts, drafts, and unused content remain our property.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, files, and brand materials

  • Respond to messages in a timely manner

  • Obtain necessary permissions (locations, talent releases, etc.)

  • Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights

We cannot be responsible for project delays caused by missing information or slow communication.

 

9. Refund Policy

 

Because our work is custom and time-based:

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Completed work is non-refundable

  • Refunds are only offered if we fail to deliver the service agreed upon in writing

10. Liability

 

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

  • Website or platform outages

  • Client misuse of content

  • Third-party tool failures (hosting platforms, social media sites, file delivery tools, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the specific project.

 

11. Website Usage

 

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to access it illegally

  • Not to copy or steal text, images, layouts, or content from our platform

  • To follow all applicable laws when using our services

Any attempted hacking, scraping, or malicious activity will result in legal action.

 

12. Changes to Terms

 

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
All changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
